Is Propstep a real estate agent?

Propstep is 100% free for you as a tenant. Unlike other rental portals, which take payment from tenants, we are a complete rental service for professional landlords who pay us to rent out their homes. 

How much does it cost to use Propstep?

No. You can find both old and new properties. We have many newer properties and also new projects that you can rent before they are completed. A common feature for all properties on Propstep is that they are rented out by professional landlords, i.e., companies and not private individuals.

Do you only have newly built properties?

No, our rental service and software are only for professional landlords. That means you must own multiple properties through a company.
