Propstep is an end-to-end platform for residential rentals. We create extraordinarily good rental experiences for home seekers, while offering a modern software platform "TenantCRM" for property professionals to manage all aspects of their rental transactions.
For professional landlords that don't use our software themselves, we manage the whole rental process in a modern and digital way, with a focus on the tenant's convenience and data-driven transparency for landlords.
Propstep was born out of frustration over the lack of service experienced by Danish tenants and the way rentals were handled. We are challenging the status quo in the long-term rental space with a product and service-driven approach, as well as focus on an extraordinary rental experience.
Propstep combines our digital platform and rental flow with a 5-star advice and support from our rental agents. The platform has over 70,000 home-seeking users.
Our clients include the country's largest pension funds as well as private property developers such as AG Gruppen, PKA Ejendomme, NIAM, Akademiker Pension, K-Fastigheter, Tetriis, BoStad, Gefion Group, Keystone Investment Management, Olav de Linde and C.W. Obel Ejendomme.

Troels has a marketing and product leadership background from several international tech startups, like Silicon Valley-based unicorn Tradeshift. The common denominator in his past experience been the digitization of niche markets.
Rasmus Brohl (Co-founder)
Rasmus is one of Denmarks leading experts on long-term rentals with has more than 14 years of experience renting out 6000+ units. He built a leading tenancy law business in Denmark and has several startups on his résumé.
Michel Samucha (Investor & Design)
Michel has built and exited a successful digital agency with employees in 11 countries over 20 years.
