Active Senior Community with Communal House and Orangery

Lykkehåb is an active senior community where you can focus on enjoying life. We create a worry-free setting within a safe and welcoming neighbourhood that encourages social interaction and new relationships.

This senior living community consists of 69 apartments surrounding a courtyard with a communal house and orangery. The apartments feature 2–3 rooms and each has its own south-facing balcony or terrace. The apartments are bright and filled with natural light, with large windows at both ends offering views of green areas, industrial surroundings, residential neighbourhoods and the communal courtyard.

All apartments feature a modern white kitchen with a beautiful stone worktop. The apartments are all on one level and are located on the ground, first or second floor. They are all easily accessible by lift, with each lift shared by only 3–4 apartments. Every apartment also has its own storage shed or storage room. There is free shared parking for both cars and electric vehicles, a secure bicycle shed, as well as carports that can be rented for cars or other hobbies.

As a resident, you also have access to two guest rooms that can be rented, as well as an office for the administration.

We have designed the apartments in a timeless Scandinavian style, creating a simple and elegant aesthetic combined with a high level of functionality. The apartments feature light colours inspired by the wild Nordic landscape, creating inviting, open spaces filled with energy.

We have two caretakers who take care of the grounds, including mowing the lawn, watering the flowers and gardens, handling ongoing maintenance and making sure everything is well looked after. You can therefore always expect the surroundings to be neat, clean and well maintained, creating a pleasant place to live.

It is our ambition to create a close-knit community where residents can get to know one another and build new relationships – both inside and outside the four walls of their apartments. Therefore, to move into Lykkehåb, you must be at least 50 years old and have no children living at home. This means that all residents are at a similar stage of life, providing a natural foundation for shared interests, friendships and good neighbourly relationships.

39 of the apartments have been occupied since 2026, while 30 of the apartments will be ready for move-in on 1 February 2028.
