Lykkehåb is an active senior community where you can focus on enjoying life. We do this by creating a worry-free environment in a safe neighborhood that encourages socializing and new relationships.

This senior living community consists of 69 apartments surrounding a courtyard with a community center and a conservatory. The apartments have 2–3 rooms and feature a private balcony or south-facing terrace. The apartments are bright, with large windows at both ends offering views of green spaces, industrial areas, residential neighborhoods, and the common area.

All apartments feature a modern white kitchen with a beautiful stone countertop. The apartments are all single-level, located either on the ground floor, first floor, or second floor. They are all easily accessible by elevator, which is shared exclusively among 3–4 apartments. All apartments have their own shed or storage room with space for storage. There is free communal parking for cars and electric vehicles, a locked bike shed, and carports that can be rented for cars or other hobbies.

As a resident, you also have access to two guest rooms available for rent, and there is an office attached for building management.

We have designed the apartments in a timeless, Scandinavian style, so you’ll experience a simple, elegant aesthetic and high functionality. The apartments feature light colors that blend seamlessly with the wild, Nordic landscape, creating inviting, open spaces that radiate energy.

We have two caretakers on staff who mow the lawn, water the flowers in the garden, take care of minor repairs as needed, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You can therefore always count on the grounds being neat, clean, and well-kept—making it a pleasant place to be.

Our goal is to create a cohesive community where people can get to know one another and form new relationships—both inside and outside the four walls of their apartments. That’s why, to move into Lykkehåb, you must be at least 50 years old and have no children living at home. This means that all residents are in their prime, which provides a foundation for shared interests on which to build friendships and good neighborly relationships.

39 of the units have been occupied since 2026, and 30 of the units will be ready for occupancy on February 1, 2028.
