Entrance hall and utility room
You are first greeted by a large and welcoming utility room where you can enjoy your own washing machine, dryer and a functional sink. From the utility room, you can continue directly to the bathroom. 

Bathroom 
The bathroom is bright and modern with stylish, high-quality materials. The bathroom contains a sink, storage cabinet, toilet and shower. 

Kitchen and living room 
From the utility room you also have access to the kitchen and living room. The first thing you'll be greeted by is the kitchen, which is built in bright elements with all appliances installed. The kitchen is located in an open extension of the family room, yet secluded in a cozy nook. In the family room, there is plenty of space for a dining table and plenty of room to create a cozy living room. From the living room there is direct access to the home's private terrace. 

Rooms 
The home has two rooms, which are located at opposite ends of the home. Both rooms are of a good size and can easily be used as bedrooms in a shared home among friends. The rooms can also easily be arranged as a bedroom at one end of the home with a window facing the terrace, while the other room can be arranged as an office or children's room. Both rooms include a fixed wardrobe.
