A total of 195 architect-designed townhouses have been built in Astrid Lindgren's neighborhood, aimed at young people, families with children and seniors looking for a home in quiet and green surroundings. 

The newly built townhouses have varying floor plans and sizes, ranging from two to five rooms. There are homes for those who want to live alone, with a partner or with the family. 
All homes are centered around an inviting and spacious kitchen-dining room with an open connection to the living room. The large windows give you a lovely light in the kitchen, which contains all white goods. The homes have beautiful and durable laminate flooring in oak look, while the bathroom is finished with stylish gray tiles. 

All rooms also have underfloor heating and an air-cleaning ventilation system to ensure an optimal indoor climate.

All townhouses have their own front and back gardens where you can enjoy the bright summer evenings or invite friends over for a barbecue on the terrace while the kids play.
In addition, there is a shed for each home, so you can store your garden furniture, tools and children's play equipment. 
Parking conditions are good in the area, with parking spaces distributed by the common areas and the activity center. Private parking spaces belong to the homes in the outer circle, while there are 113 shared parking spaces, including two disabled spaces for cars and three for buses.
