All apartments have large balconies or terraces. The terraces are located on the ground floor and on the penthouse floor. The other apartments have balconies with a view towards the street or towards the cozy courtyard environment.  The apartments with balconies facing the street have either a closed balcony or both open and closed balconies.
The apartment's functional kitchen is located adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a beautiful granite worktop and elements with white doors and steel handles. The kitchen includes a glass ceramic hob and convection oven and extractor hood. There are installations ready for a dishwasher and refrigerator, which the tenant must provide themselves.
