The property is located on Gammel Køge Landevej in Valby and has 452 studio apartments across four apartment types, with or without a private kitchen. You choose whether to rent furnished or unfurnished, so you can move in your way.

The apartments

Every studio apartment is thoughtfully designed to make the most of every square metre. Bright rooms, oak details and a calm, timeless style create a home that is easy to make your own.

There are four apartment types to choose from: Yard Studio, Yard Studio+, Yard Extra/Extra+ and Yard Supreme. You can choose an apartment with its own kitchen or one without. Without a private kitchen, you share modern communal kitchens with a small group of neighbours. All apartments are available furnished or unfurnished. Furnished apartments come with a bed, a desk, a stool and shelves.

More space beyond your front door

At Yard25, home doesn’t end at your front door. As a resident you have access to a lounge, study hall, meeting rooms and communal kitchens. You can book them when you need to work, meet up or cook for a crowd. The large south-west-facing rooftop terrace gets the afternoon and evening sun. It’s the spot for a morning coffee, a sunset or a barbecue with your neighbours.

Community that comes naturally

Two community managers are on site every day and host events all year round, such as movie nights, shared dinners, morning coffee, talks and rooftop yoga. The Yard25 resident app keeps you up to date, lets you book facilities and helps you meet your neighbours.
