Rental Terms

• Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the following must be paid: the first month's rent (including advance payments for water and heating), a security deposit equal to three months' rent, and one month's prepaid rent (excluding advance payments for water and heating).

• Unfortunately, applicants registered with RKI (the Danish credit default register) are not eligible to rent an apartment.

• Shared tenancy arrangements are not permitted.

• Subletting, whether in whole or in part, including through Airbnb or similar platforms, is not permitted.
