Biblioteksbygningen

Located in the heart of Hillerød, on the corner of Bakkegade and Vinkelvej, Biblioteksbygningen is a distinctive property built in 1963 in yellow brick, with clear references to Nordic Functionalist architecture. Originally, the building housed the town library, with student apartments on the upper floors.

In 2017, the property was converted into residential housing and today comprises 38 rental apartments with 1–2 rooms. Residents also have access to a green courtyard and shared laundry facilities.

With its central location in Hillerød, pedestrian streets, shops, cafés, and cultural attractions are all within easy reach. At the same time, the area offers convenient access to a wealth of green spaces, including Skansebakken, Store Dyrehave, and Gribskov. Hillerød Station is less than two kilometres away, providing excellent connections to Copenhagen and the rest of North Zealand.
