Kronhusene Udsigtshusene Værløse

Nordhusene is delighted to offer attractive rental properties at Flyvestationen Værløse. 
Construction will begin at the end of 2025, and we expect residents to be able to move in during spring 2027.

A total of 30 homes will be built, all with two floors.

You will be living in the middle of green nature in a new and exciting district in Furesø Municipality – only 30 minutes from Copenhagen. The terraced houses have their own terrace, a small garden, and easy access to meadows, forests, and green common areas.

There is also access to the former hangar, which is now used as a multi-purpose hall/community center with facilities such as a playroom for the little ones, a ball court, an outdoor skate park, and a cozy atrium courtyard that is an ideal meeting place on a spring day.

DGNB is a voluntary certification scheme used to measure, collaborate on, and promote sustainability initiatives throughout the built environment.
