About Kronhusene Benløse
Nordhusene is pleased to offer rental properties in Benløse.
The project will consist of 31 homes divided into three clusters measuring 96 m², 102 m², 106 m², 118 m², and 122 m² respectively.
The homes are located in a cozy and well-established residential neighborhood in the northern part of Ringsted with easy access to all everyday necessities.
We expect occupancy to begin on October 1, 2026.
All homes will have herringbone flooring and will be heated with air/water heat pumps.
The houses are located on a safe and quiet street with minimal traffic, allowing children to play safely on the road and in the green common areas in the area.
The houses are being built by Kronhusene. See more here: https://kronhusene.dk/
The project page will be updated regularly as construction progresses.
Please sign up for the mailing list to receive direct updates. The mailing list will also provide information about the start of rentals, open houses, etc.
One pet is permitted—either one small dog or one indoor cat.
The homes are designed to achieve DGNB certification. DGNB is a voluntary certification scheme used to measure, collaborate on, and promote sustainability initiatives throughout the built environment. From building design to entire urban areas, DGNB helps promote choices that create better conditions for the environment, people, and society. You can read more about this on the website of the Council for Sustainable Building – rfbb.dk.
The area:
Ringsted is an attractive and well-functioning town in central Zealand that combines the best of both worlds: a cozy and safe atmosphere with a strong local community – and at the same time a short distance to both nature and the capital. With good train and motorway connections, Copenhagen is only about 35-40 minutes away, making the town ideal for commuters.
The town offers a wide selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Ringsted also has excellent schools, daycare facilities, and leisure activities, making the area particularly popular with families with children.
