The Lærkeparken residential area is located in a quiet, scenic neighborhood. Originally consisting of three two-story apartment blocks built in 1964, Lærkeparken now consists of four additional point blocks and an added top floor on the existing apartment blocks.

In total, Lærkeparken offers 303 rental apartments with 1-4 rooms ranging from 39-106 m², all with private balconies or terraces. The area also has a common room and laundry room, as well as car and bicycle parking.
