Stationsbygningen - Fællesskabet

Fællesskabet is located in the center of Trekroner near Roskilde. It consists of 113 modern and functionally designed student residences ranging from 34 to 48 m².

As the name suggests, the focal point of life at Fællesskabet is good neighborliness and relationships, life, and security. The property is designed with a focus on creating the best framework and conditions for a good student life and community, but of course with consideration for the individual's need for privacy. All student residences are therefore equipped with their own kitchen and bathroom.

However, it is the Community's communal kitchen and dining room that are the beating heart of the house. Here, there are regular events such as communal meals, game nights, costume parties, food clubs, and much more. The Community Council is responsible for the many enjoyable activities, with an annual financial contribution from AKF. The common area also includes a TV lounge and a study room, which can be used for study and group work, for example.

The community extends over seven floors. Each floor has large balconies where you can enjoy the sun and the view over the rest of Trekroner. At night, the south side of the building lights up the darkness with its colorful window frames in the community's colors. The property also houses a brewery and bar as well as a sandwich shop on the ground floor.

Conditions for renting student accommodation:

Currently enrolled in a degree program
Under 35 years of age
Must be at least 18 years old.

In order to rent a property from AKF Holding A/S, a check will be carried out in the RKI register. If you are registered in the RKI, the property will not be offered to you. The screening is carried out before the rental contract is drawn up.
