Rådhusbyen - Rækkehusene

A new and exciting neighborhood is taking shape on the site of Høje Taastrup’s former town hall. In the first phase, we’re building 125 townhouses, and later the town hall buildings will be converted into 200 modern apartments. Green spaces and walking paths will be created among the homes, and a new community center will provide a great setting for getting together—whether for socializing or pursuing hobbies. A new grocery store will make everyday shopping a breeze.

Rådhusbyen is located just 500 meters from Høje Taastrup Station, and it’s a 15-minute drive to Copenhagen—so here you can live close to both city life and nature.

Rådhusbyen’s one- and two-floor townhouses are expected to be ready in May 2027. All feature well-designed floor plans and private outdoor spaces with direct access to trail systems and green areas. Rådhusbyen’s future residents can look forward to moving into a unique and cohesive neighborhood.

Living well is also about building a sense of community with your neighbors. In Rådhusbyen, the former heating plant will be transformed into a 200 m² community center with a cozy courtyard that all residents of the area can use. Between the homes, we’re creating playgrounds and outdoor spaces so that people of all ages can gather in green surroundings.

The townhouses in Rådhusbyen are Swan-labeled. This means you’ll have a home with a healthy indoor climate and lower energy consumption than required by law. The label also indicates that we’ve used building materials and paint free of substances harmful to health.
