Engen

In the southern part of Billund, Engen, a new residential area with 44 modern and well-appointed rental homes, is being built. The homes are spread over two levels with a horizontal divide, a solution where one home is on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The ground floor townhouses are furnished with a built-in canopy, which provides extra light and space in the living room and creates a cozy nook with plenty of natural light. The homes on the first floor have a south-facing roof terrace with plenty of sun and views of the area.
