Kronhusene Hulemarken Ringsted

We are pleased to offer rental homes in the new housing project Hulemarken in Ringsted. 

Hulemarken will consist of 132 homes divided into stages, with the first stage expected to be ready for occupancy in late 2026.
One-storey homes will be built in sizes of 79 m² and 82 m² and two-storey homes in sizes of 99 m², 106 m², 113 m², 116 m² and 122 m². 

Some of the homes will be built as “Premium homes”, which includes an upgraded HTH kitchen, herringbone laminate flooring and a tiled ceiling in the family room.

The building is planned with DGNB Gold certification, which ensures a high standard of sustainability in construction.
