Kronhusene Metalvej Hårlev

An exciting new housing project is underway in Hårlev. 

The development will consist of 105 homes of varying sizes and will consist of both one and two-story homes.
Some of the homes will be built as Premium homes with "upgraded" HTH kitchen, herringbone flooring (laminate) and sloping ceilings in the kitchen family room.

All homes will be built on independent plots, on which a small garden will also be established. Each house has a utility room, large tiled terraces on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance of the home, where level access is provided.

The development of the area is in full swing, with a strong focus on creating a natural area with cozy oases and community activities in the many green areas between the homes. 

We expect to move in at the end of 2026.
