Kronhusene Søndermarken Tølløse

We are delighted to welcome a new housing project at Søndermarken in Tølløse.

The development will consist of 36 townhouses.
The townhouses are available in sizes of 95 m², 105 m² and 115 m².

A small part of the homes will be built as "Premium homes", which includes an upgraded HTH kitchen and herringbone laminate flooring. Some of these also have a ceiling to the ceiling in the family room. 

The buildings are expected to be ready for occupancy in summer 2026.

The area:

The development:
The development consists of 36 energy-friendly and modern houses in sizes of 95, 105 and 115 m² - on one level and with a simple, modern and timeless look. Most of the houses have their own parking, with some of the houses having access to shared parking.

All homes are built on independent plots of land on which a small garden is also established. Each house has a large utility room, large tiled terraces on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance of the home, where level access is provided.

The houses are located on a safe and quiet street in Tølløse, where traffic is minimal, and children can therefore play safely on the road and on the green common areas in the area.

Shared facilities:
The common outdoor area is intended as a natural gathering point for the residents of the building and offers both cozy seating areas and active opportunities.
