About Kronhusene Ø-Husene

Nordhusene is pleased to offer newly built homes for rent in attractive Starup east of Haderslev in Southern Denmark.

The project is called Ø-husene.

One pet - one indoor cat or one dog - is permitted per household.

Ø-husene consists of 80 terraced houses in sizes 85 m² (3-bedroom), 95 m² (3-bedroom), 105 m² (4-bedroom) and 115 m² (4-bedroom).

The houses are built by the newly established Kronhusene, a collaboration between Niam and the recognised construction company Milton Huse.

The neighbourhood

Starup - good neighbourliness and beautiful nature
Starup is a cosy community with approximately 2,500 inhabitants and is located just 4 km from Haderslev. Starup is the obvious choice for both families with children and seniors, as the local area offers a school, kindergarten, good shopping opportunities and a rich community life. With a good trail system and cycle path all the way to Haderslev, it's both easy and safe to leave your car at home. From Haderslev there are good commuting options by bus around the country, and if you'd rather take the car, it's only 10 km to the Sydjyske Motorway.

In Haderslev you'll find several grocery stores, kindergartens, primary school, independent school and secondary schools. There is a zoo, singing choir, art school, sports clubs and many other cultural facilities. Just outside the town there is beautiful nature with large forests, castle parks and plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking.

Beautiful nature and good associations in the area
At the northern end of Starup, Starup Hede and Starup Church are beautifully situated facing Haderslev Fjord. Here there are great opportunities for lovely walks on the Camino Haderslev, which stretches across the heath.

Starup UIF and Starup Culture and Sports Centre offer sports and excitement for everyone. Here you can play all kinds of sports such as handball, football, floorball, gymnastics, krolf, line dancing, badminton and fitness. Starup Festdage, which is held during Prayer Days, strengthens community and unity in the local area with activities for young and old.

Perfect location for the good life
With its location close to both the city and nature, Starup is an exciting and great place to live. It's a short distance from Haderslev, which is a good commercial town that can easily be reached by bike. Kolding and Aabenraa are only a short drive away via the motorway.

Attractive location for families with children
School and kindergarten are within walking and cycling distance via a path system, providing a safe route for the little ones. Starup-Øsby School, which goes up to year 6, is just 1 km from the development, and Starup also offers several kindergartens, including Troldehaven just 300 metres down the road. In addition, Haderslev Municipality offers school buses with the option of a free bus pass when older children continue their schooling in Haderslev.

The development
The development consists of 80 energy-friendly and modern terraced houses in sizes of 85, 95, 105 and 115 m² - all on one level designed in a modern and simple style.

All homes are built on independent plots of land. Each house has a large utility room, a large tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance of the house with level access. The terrace is surrounded and enclosed by privet hedges. Each home comes with a fixed, numbered parking space located as close as possible to the home. If you have two cars, the extra car can be parked freely in the shared parking spaces in the large parking area, where there is also plenty of space for guests.

The houses are located on an enclosed street, which means there is limited traffic, so children can safely let loose and find playmates in the new development. Dogs can also be walked in the green common areas in the neighbourhood. These include a petanque court, playground and a lounge area with a covered pavilion with sun awning, terrace and moulded-in barbecue.

The rows of houses have modern, light beige brick facades and black hipped roofs with a 25-degree slope. Wooden stern in the colour anthracite and small wooden eaves.

The houses are fitted with modern low-energy wood/aluminium windows and doors (3-layer glazing) in dark colour on the outside and white on the inside. Both the entrance door and terrace door are extra wide for easy access.
