Skårup is a small, cozy village with approx. 1,800 inhabitants. The city is located approx. 7 km from the center of Svendborg, and in addition it is only 3 km to the beach at Skårupøre. Skårup is a lovely place to settle down for both families with children, seniors, singles and couples, as the local area offers all everyday necessities, such as school, daycare centers, shopping opportunities and a good infrastructure.

From the development you are quickly on Nyborgvej, which takes you directly to Svendborg, and if you want to leave the car at home, you can take the bus - it stops only 200 meters from the development. The South Funen Archipelago consists of as many as 55 islands, islets and islets and is the world's largest flooded Ice Age landscape. The construction
The development consists of 44 energy-friendly and modern semi-detached houses in the sizes 85, 95, 105 and 115 m² - all on one level and with a simple, modern and timeless look.
All the homes are built on independent plots of land, on which a small garden is also established. Each house has a large utility room, a carport and an extra parking space, large tiled terraces on both sides of the house and a tiled footpath to the house's entrance, where there is level-free access. The plot is surrounded and closed by beech hedges.
