The wings are named Rugvænget, Rapsvænget and Hørvænget.

The first stage includes 41 townhouses in sizes of 85, 95 and 105 m² and the second stage includes a combination of double and terraced houses in sizes of 75, 85, 95 m² and 115 m². These are modern and energy-friendly homes on one level, with their own garden and large tiled terrace in front and behind the home, as well as their own carport and tool shed.

One pet per household is permitted - one indoor cat or one dog.

Opportunities and attractions
Vonsild School has 420 students in grades 0-9. Shopping opportunities are good, Super Brugsen with OK gas station is only 4 minutes from the settlement. Sydbank Arena - formerly Kolding Hallerne - is located in Vonsild, and one of the few drive-in pharmacies in Jutland is also close to the town.

Kolding city is a large city with 93,175 inhabitants. The city offers everything from cafés to large shopping centers, sports facilities and much more.

The buildings
The development consists of 81 energy-friendly and beautiful double and terraced houses in sizes of 75, 85, 95, 105 and 115 m² - all on one level and designed in a modern, simple style.

Each house has its own driveway with carport and tool shed, a lovely garden, a large tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance.

Brick facades and gables of light beige bricks and a black pitched roof with a 25-degree slope. Wooden stern in the color anthracite and small white painted wooden eaves.

The houses are fitted with modern wood/aluminum windows and doors from Rationel with 3-layer windows in dark color outside and white inside. The sills under the windows are in dark slate.
