The buildings
Our development on Præstegårdsvej consists of 23 state-of-the-art and energy-friendly townhouses built on independent plots in sizes of approximately 300-370 m2. The townhouses are spread over four rows of houses. There are eight gable houses of 120 m2 each designed as 5-bedroom homes. The other terraced houses are mid-terraced houses ranging in size from 106 to 116 m2, all of which are designed as 4-bedroom homes.

On the garden side, each house has its own grassy garden surrounded by a hedge and a large tiled terrace bordered by a windbreak towards the neighbor. On the arrival side, there is a carport and outbuilding with a solid floor and its own tiled driveway with space for two cars. There is also a courtyard bordered by a windbreak and hedges towards the neighbor.

All homes are on one level with a large open kitchen/living room connected to the living room and with access to the terrace. The houses are designed with an entrance hall, utility room and regular rooms, as well as a bathroom with a separate shower and a fixed shower environment.
