Beautiful rental homes in attractive Skrillinge in Middelfart. This is an extremely recreational area. The development is located in the new “fishing district” in eastern Middelfart and the wings are called Slethvarren and Rødtungen.

There are good shopping opportunities, market days with festive music, two marinas with good opportunities for sailing north and south in the Little Belt. Here you'll also find whale watching and the opportunity to go for a walk on top of the old Little Belt Bridge.

Starting from Gammelhavn, located next to Kongebroskoven, there are several hiking routes through the large area of Dyrehaven and out towards Hindsgavl.

With just 2 min. drive you'll find one of the country's most beautiful golf courses, Lillebælt Golf Club, where you can 'go for a round' with a view of the forest and the beautiful Lillebælt.

The buildings
Slethvarren and Rødtungen consist of 70 energy-friendly and beautiful detached houses in sizes 85, 95, 105 and 115 m². The houses are on one level and are designed in a modern and simple style.

Each house has its own driveway with carport and tool shed, a lovely garden, a large tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled pathway to the entrance.

Facades of light-colored bricks from Strøjer Tegl (type Merkur) and a black saddle roof with a 25-degree slope. Stern and windshields are made of black eternit and small, white-painted eaves.

The houses have modern Auraplus 3-layer windows in wood/aluminum - dark color on the outside and white on the inside. The sills under the windows are in dark slate.
