At Nordhusene, we offer modern rental homes located in Bullerup near Agedrup. The buildings are state-of-the-art and located in an attractive new urban area northeast of Odense.

With access from Lunden in Bullerup, 34 modern terraced houses have been built at Sellerihaven on independent plots with their own driveway with space for two vehicles, tool shed, small garden with terrace in front and behind the home.

One pet per household is permitted - one cat or one dog.

The area

Bullerup - and Agedrup, which has grown together with Bullerup - is located in northeast Odense, close to Odense Fjord and along the highway towards Kerteminde. The special thing about the area is that you can live in rural surroundings and at the same time have a short distance to both urban and cultural life in the city center and the nature around Odense Å and Odense Fjord. Ræveskoven, Vejrup Å, several small streams and many recreational paths invite you for walks and nature experiences.

The area has grocery stores, schools, a sports association, riding club, sports hall, swimming pool and health center, as well as an active residents' association, Agedrup Sogn Beboerforening, which among other things organizes Skt. Hans party, which is attended by around 1,000 people, Christmas tree lighting, Shrovetide and an annual waste collection. The residents are very active, and in 2017, Bullerup and Agedrup participated in “Citizens Decide”, where citizens voted on the use of DKK 200,000 for projects in the district.

The development
The development in Bullerup consists of 34 energy-friendly and beautiful townhouses. 11 of 85 m², 15 of 95 m² and 8 of 105 m², all on one level, designed in a modern and simple style.

Each house comes with its own garden, large tiled terrace, driveway with space for two vehicles, tiled walkway to the entrance and a good-sized detached outbuilding of 7 m² with a solid floor.
