Our townhouses in Frugthaven are built in a former orchard overlooking a lovely lake. The entire development is surrounded by old trees that provide shelter from the surrounding open fields.

You'll experience a distinct village atmosphere in Frugthaven, which is located in the northern part of Nørre Aaby, yet close to the city center.

Opportunities and attractions
Nørre Aaby is a station town on western Funen with approximately 3,000 inhabitants. Just a 10-minute drive away is one of the country's most beautiful golf courses, Lillebælt Golf Club, where you can “go for a round” with a view of the forest and beautiful Lillebælt.

The town has its own cinema and the town holds an annual town festival in May/June where the whole town participates in communal dining, funfair etc.

Nørre Aaby Sports Park contains a football stadium with a grandstand, several tennis courts and two sports halls including a gym for everyone.

The town has two schools, a municipal school and a private secondary school, as well as four continuation schools. Bus connections to Middelfart, Strib, Føns, Ronæs, Udby, Asperup, Roerslev, Blanke and Båring.

Regional trains run towards Fredericia one way and Odense the other way.

Each house has its own driveway with carport and tool shed, small garden, large tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance.

The houses have modern wood/aluminum windows in dark color on the outside and white on the inside. Sills under the window sections in dark slate.
