The area

Strib is a town on Funen by the Little Belt with just under 5,000 inhabitants located approximately 6 km north of Middelfart. The town belongs to Middelfart Municipality and is located in the Region of Southern Denmark.
With its close proximity to the E20 highway and the Triangle area, Strib is an attractive commuter town in a very scenic area.

From Strib Lighthouse to Røjle Klint you'll find the Love Path, where you have a beautiful view of sailboats, Juelsminde and Æbelø. In the evening you can also see beautiful sunsets over Lillebælt.

Nearby is Hindsgavl Castle - a beautiful place to run and hike. The first Hindsgavl Castle was built by Valdemar Sejr in 1295, but the one we know today was built around 1700 and is now a hotel, course and conference center.
Today, Middelfart Municipality owns a large part of the Hindsgavl Peninsula and in 2009 designated the “Hindsgavl Deer Park”.

The city of Middelfart is rich in shopping opportunities with a cozy pedestrian street near the city's harbor promenade. The buildings
The development consists of 38 modern low-energy townhouses in sizes 88/92 and 111 m² - all on one level.

Each house has a large utility room, a large tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance of the house, where level access is provided. Hedges are planted at the end of the terraces between the houses, where the garden is otherwise open to the common green area.
The homes include both parking on their own plot and a shared guest parking space.

The houses are located on a new and enclosed corner, which means there is limited traffic and children can safely be let loose and find playmates in the new development. Dogs can also be walked on the green common areas in the area.
