The development is located on two closed bends - Hedelundhegnet and Hedelundmarken - and consists of 38 modern and energy-efficient semi-detached houses built on independent plots in sizes of 290-399 m2. House sizes are 110 m2 and 120 m2. 110 m2 houses have 4 rooms and 120 m2 houses have 5 rooms.

Each house has its own tiled terrace and garden bordered by a privet hedge. On the arrival side, there is tiled access to the entrance hall. Each house has a good utility room with a solid base, power and light.
