Nordhusene offers newer townhouses for rent on an enclosed hillside located west of Ringe Sø and with the golf course as the nearest neighbor.

The development consists of 34 ultra-modern townhouses built in 2021 in sizes of 95 m², 103 m² and 105 m² - all on one level as 4-bedrooms and with their own storage room, garden and tiled terrace in front and behind the home. 21 of the homes in the northern part of the development will have their own carport.

One pet - one cat or one dog - can be allowed per household.

You can spend time in the recreational green areas bordering the townhouses. There is a trail system to Ringe Lake and further into the city center. Midtfyns Golf Club is located almost in the backyard, so there are also plenty of opportunities to swing your golf clubs on the green.

Quick to the highway and close to Odense
With a short distance to the highway exit, it's easy to get to and from Ringe on Funen. Odense can be reached by car in 20 minutes. The Svendborgbanen train connects to the rest of Denmark, and bus routes connect to Odense, Svendborg, etc.

Ringe for everyone
Ringe has approximately 6,200 inhabitants, and for many years, work has been done to develop the town and commercial life as part of a larger municipal strategy for Ringe. There's so much to offer in Ringe on Funen, including good workplaces, active sports clubs, schools, after-school programs and leisure clubs. Primary schools and leisure
Nordagerskolen has 565 students in grades 0 to 9. In the south of the town is Tingagerskolen, which has 515 pupils in grades 0 to 10, as the town's 10 classes are gathered here. The town also has Ringe Fri- og Efterskole, which is one of the country's oldest combined free and continuation schools. It has 133 students in the continuation school and 185 students in the free school.
Leisure time in Ringe can be spent on football, handball, gymnastics association with athletics, water gymnastics, swimming and croquet.
There is also Ringe Swimming Club, Ringe Badminton Club and Midtfyns Volleyball Club.
Scout groups such as the Green and Blue Scouts are also based in the town.

The buildings
The development at Golfparken in Ringe consists of 34 energy-friendly and beautiful townhouses. The houses are built in clusters of two or three homes.

Northern development
Here you can choose between 95 m² or 103 m² homes - both 4-bedroom units - with their own garden and tiled terrace, good utility room with solid floor and a private carport at the home.
The facades here are light-colored bricks of the type Randers Tegl RT 102 Lucca. Black roofing felt with list coverage and a roof pitch of 1.5 degrees.

Southern development
Here you will find homes of 105 m² as 4-room apartments with their own garden and tiled terraces in front of and behind the home, as well as a good utility room with a solid floor. The facades in this development are dark bricks of Royal Ghost from Egernsund Tegl. With a roof pitch of 17.5 degrees, the houses have the distinctive appearance of a two-storey home.

All homes throughout the development are fitted with modern wood/aluminum windows and doors with 3-layer glass, white inside and dark outside. Sills under the window sections in dark slate. Architect-designed gutters in shiny zinc.
