Emmas Have consists of 210 energy-friendly modern terraced and semi-detached houses in sizes of 85, 95, 105 and 115 m² - all on one level designed in a modern and simple style.

Each house has a storage room, a large tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled pathway to the entrance. 

Brick facades and gables of brick in modern brown, light and dark shades and black pitched roofs with a 25-degree slope. The houses have varying expressions so that the buildings do not appear the same.

The houses are fitted with modern wood/aluminum windows and doors (Auraplus 3-layer windows) in dark color outside and white inside. The sills under the windows are in dark slate.
