About Nordhusene Emmas Have

Nordhusene is pleased to offer attractive rental homes in Haslev in a new development surrounded by beautiful nature.

The entire development is called Emmas Have.

Here, 210 terraced houses have been built in 7 stages on Egelunden, Egehaven, Egevangen and Egekær.
The buildings are located on new, closed bends, where energy-friendly and well-planned terraced houses have been built, heated with a heat pump for low energy consumption, among other things.

Emmas Have consists of townhouses with different expressions in sizes of 85 m² (3-room), 95 m² (3- and 4-bedroom), 105 m² (3- and 4-bedroom) and 115 m² (4-bedroom).

In addition, an activity house has been built that can be used by all tenants in Emmas Have. Here you can meet across the walls, be creative, rent an office or guest room, etc. The activity house is extremely modern with large windows and a sedum roof.

One pet - one indoor cat or one dog - is allowed per household subject to approval from the landlord.

All houses are built as terraced and semi-detached houses on independent plots and all have tool sheds and large, tiled terraces.

The development is expected to achieve DGNB sustainability certification, which ensures thoughtful solutions throughout the construction.

The area

Cozy station town surrounded by nature
The large village of Haslev is a station town with approximately 12,000 inhabitants located in a beautiful manor landscape and accessible urban forest.

Haslev is the largest town in Faxe Municipality and the town hall is located in the town. The town has a proud history as a hub for production, trade, culture and education.

The city center offers a cozy commercial life where you can explore the shops and satisfy your hunger at one of the city's cafés and restaurants.

Good commuting options
Haslev is located 60 km southwest of Copenhagen, 20 km southeast of Ringsted, 23 km southwest of Køge and 25 km northeast of Næstved, which provides optimal commuting options. Copenhagen can thus be reached in less than an hour.

There are also good public transportation options, making it even easier to take the S-train to Køge or Copenhagen, for example.

Homes in beautiful nature
Haslev is a green city, and it only takes a short drive from the city center for nature to come knocking. Here you'll find plenty of forests, small local farm shops and two large manor houses with impressive castle parks.

Nature experiences include the Forest Tower at Camp Adventure, which is an experience in a class of its own. The Forest Tower is on Time Magazine's “World's 100 Greatest Places of 2019”, which lists the 100 most worth visiting places in the world that are worth the trip.

The tower's top platform is 135 meters above sea level, making it the highest accessible point on Zealand.

Strong community life
Haslev has a strong community life with a wealth of opportunities in sports and culture for children, young people and adults. There is practically free choice on all shelves. Haslev is therefore also an attractive town for families with children, as all activities can be reached within a short distance.

From daycare to graduation cap
There are all the necessary services for children and young people from nursery to graduation. Haslev offers three primary schools and one private school. Further education can also easily be completed in the town in the form of Haslev Gymnasium & HF and EUC Sjælland. There are also two sports after-school programs.

Because of all these opportunities in culture, education, sports, nature experiences, etc. Haslev is a rapidly developing city with a growing population.

The locals' top 5 attractive things about Haslev are: Beautiful nature, good shopping opportunities, good neighborliness, good for families with children and lots of sports activities.

The buildings
Emmas Have consists of 210 energy-friendly modern terraced and semi-detached houses in sizes of 85, 95, 105 and 115 m² - all on one level designed in a modern and simple style.

Each house has a storage room, a large tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled pathway to the entrance.

Brick facades and gables of brick in modern brown, light and dark shades and black pitched roofs with a 25-degree slope. The houses have varying expressions so that the buildings do not appear the same.

Wooden stern in the color anthracite and smaller, white-painted wooden eaves.

The houses are fitted with modern wood/aluminum windows and doors (Auraplus 3-layer windows) in dark color outside and white inside. The sills under the windows are in dark slate.

The choice of materials is well thought out and harmonious, so the houses will appear beautiful, timeless and well-maintained for many years to come.
