The area
An attractive and central location south of Odense
Nr. Lyndelse is a town in central Funen with approximately 2,200 inhabitants, located in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality.
The town is located just south of Odense - close enough to enjoy the city's offerings, but also far enough away to have nature and country life close by.
It's about a 15-20 minute drive to Odense C, and at the same time a short distance to the Svendborg highway, so you can quickly get south or access the E20.
A good and safe childhood
Nr. Lyndelse places great emphasis on a good and safe childhood, where the framework is set for a good childhood in a safe environment. There are several schools, associations, leisure opportunities and plenty of space to run around in. There are childcare options for the little ones in the form of several kindergartens, and when it's time for the first day of school, there are two schools in the city to choose from - the municipal Carl Nielsen School and the private school Nr. Lyndelse Friskole.
There's no shortage of leisure activities in the town, including paddle tennis, football, handball, badminton, gymnastics and the YMCA scouts.
The town also has an active local council that organizes joint activities throughout the year, such as communal dining, Shrovetide, etc.
Homes in beautiful nature
Nr. Lyndelse is surrounded by beautiful nature, which is why two new footpaths have been created both east and west of the town. Both routes start at Nr. Lyndelse Church and are 4.6 km. And 3.4 km. Here you pass Lindved Å, a viewpoint 50 meters above sea level, Carl Nielsen's birthplace and the bog area around Sortelung. There is a rich wildlife with several different species of birds and bats.
The area is also frequently used by cyclists, with a well-developed cycle path system that allows you to reach every corner of the area.
The buildings
The development consists of 34 energy-friendly and modern townhouses in sizes of 85, 95, 105 and 115 m² - all on one level.
The houses are located in three clusters on Marenvej, Kristinevej and Marievej. There is minimal traffic in these areas, so children can safely play freely in the area.
Each house has a driveway, large storage room, lovely garden, tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance with level access. Furthermore, there are hedges on both sides of the house between the residential units. The garden is surrounded and enclosed by a hedge.
The rows of houses have brick facades of contemporary off-white bricks with brown shades and a black pitched roof with a 25-degree slope. Wooden stern in the color anthracite and small white painted wooden eaves.
The houses are fitted with modern wood/aluminum windows and doors (3-layer windows) in dark color outside and white inside. Sun benches under the window sections in beautiful dark slate.
The choice of materials is well thought out and harmonious, so the houses appear beautiful, timeless and well-maintained for many years to come.
