Rental homes in attractive Jerlev in the scenic West Vejle area.

The development is located on an enclosed hillside, where 25 energy-friendly homes have been built, heated with a heat pump for low energy consumption, among other things.

The meadow is called Græsmarken.

All the houses are built as terraced and semi-detached houses on independent plots and all have tool sheds, a lovely garden and tiled terraces on both sides of the home.

The houses are available in sizes 85 m² (3 bedrooms), 95 m² (3 & 4 bedrooms) and up to 105 m² (4 bedrooms).

One pet  - one indoor cat or one dog - is allowed per household.

The area

Family-friendly Jerlev close to Ødsted
Jerlev is a small local town with 700 inhabitants, located southwest of Nørre Vilstrup and Vejle. The town is located close to Ødsted.

Jerlev has a good community life with many activities, such as bicycle races, Christmas market, and much more.

Homes in beautiful nature
The forests in Vejle offer great nature experiences. Highlights include Vejle Ådal, Grejsdalen and Munkebjergskoven with its steep slopes.
Also worth mentioning is Kongens Kær, a unique wetland of over 100 hectares. Here you can observe the beautiful landscape and the rich bird life via paths and bridges.

Vejle - a central shopping mecca
With a lively city center, many shops and beautiful buildings, Vejle is a large commercial city that offers new architecture, art and alternative urban spaces. Vejle was the first city in Denmark to have its own official architectural policy, which sets the standard for urban development.

Many attractions in Vejle and the surrounding area
Relatively close to Jerlev you'll find Lalandia Holiday Center, Givskud Zoo, Legoland Billund Resort and the old royal city of Jelling with the two burial mounds and the Jelling Stone. The entire monument in Jelling is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The new exhibition center Kongens Jelling is located by the monument.

The buildings
Græsmarken consists of 25 energy-friendly modern terraced and semi-detached houses in sizes of 85, 95 and 105 m² - all on one level, designed in a modern and simple style.

Each house comes with a storage room, a lovely garden, a large tiled terrace on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance.

The houses have brick facades and gables of modern off-white bricks with brown shades and a black pitched roof with a 25-degree slope. Wooden stern in the color anthracite and small white painted wooden eaves.

The houses are fitted with modern wood/aluminum windows and doors (Auraplus 3-layer windows) in dark color outside and white inside. The sills under the windows are made of dark slate.

The choice of materials is well thought out and harmonious, so the houses appear beautiful, timeless and well-maintained for many years to come.
