Idas Have consists of 44 townhouses in sizes 85 m² (3-bedroom), 95 m² (3- and 4-bedroom), 105 m² (4-bedroom) and 115 m² (4-bedroom).

Possibility to allow one pet - one indoor cat or one dog - per household. Please contact us for more information about which dog breeds can be allowed.

Ryslinge - A life in communities

Ryslinge with the villages Fjellerup and Lørup has approx. 2,300 inhabitants.

Ryslinge is centrally located on Midtfyn with many old cultural institutions, a rich community life and surrounded by beautiful nature. It's 3 km to Ringe and the highway and only 25 minutes to the Great Belt, Svendborg and Odense.

In Ryslinge you will find several grocery stores, kindergartens, primary school, independent school and Denmark's most beautiful secondary school. There is a theater, choir, art school, sports associations and many other cultural activities. Just outside the city there is beautiful nature with large forests, manor fields and plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking.

In Ryslinge you are close to nature everywhere.

Just west of the town is Ryslinge Sculpture Park, where you can go for a walk and enjoy the sculptures on display. And from the park, you can follow trails to explore the local area. The surrounding nature can also be explored by bicycle via small cozy roads.

Close to Ryslinge is Ravnholt, one of Funen's largest estates. Here you'll find year-round opportunities for great nature experiences. Especially the restored Lindkær, which has become an exciting birding location.

Central location

With its location close to the highway, Ryslinge is an exciting and central place to live. It's a short distance to Ringe, which is a good commercial town that can also be reached by bike via a lighted bike path. Both Odense and Svendborg are just a short drive away.

The development
