Lærkebo

Lærkebo is designed by architects Bjørk and Maigaard, who combine timeless style with proud traditions of craftsmanship. Quality and creativity are the foundation of this North Jutlandic studio, and the homes are always created with a focus on the well-being of the people who will live there.The buildings are built in the old Danish building tradition with red, soft-textured bricks. One of the buildings facing the road has a pitched roof and the other a flat roof. The windows are made of wood and aluminium with double glazing. All apartments come with an outdoor breathing space in the form of a large private balcony or terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee undisturbed.

Centrally located in scenic Frederikssund, Lærkebo is within walking distance of everything fjord life has to offer. Angling, winter swimming and sailing are all natural parts of life in the town, which together with Roskilde, Lejre and Holbæk make up Fjordlandet.
Here you can enjoy long walks along the water, sailing, fishing and quiet summer evenings with a glass of white wine in the sunset.
 
The homes are located so it's easy to get around for those who don't want to drive. With the train station located just 500 metres from Lærkebo, the S-train to Copenhagen is quick and easy, and there are buses to all surrounding towns, including Roskilde, Stenløse and Skibby. As a cyclist, you can quickly get far and wide in Frederikssund.
The city's network makes it easy and safe to cycle around the city, to public transport and to scenic areas.
