Havneholmen offers several different apartment types with 2, 3, 4 or 5 rooms, where you either have access to your own terrace in the living room or a balcony from the 1st floor. All entrances have a lift from the parking basement up to the top floor.

The apartments contain a nice living room with a sofa and dining area in open connection with the kitchen, bedrooms with a fixed wall of cupboards, a bathroom with both underfloor heating, a separate shower cubicle and a washing column. The large window sections illuminate the apartment with ample amounts of daylight, which at the same time gives you plenty of opportunity to enjoy the view.
The beautiful ash floors are throughout and all elements are from JKE Design in a stylish design.
