ObelHus

ObelHus consists of 65 modern Swan-labelled apartments located centrally in Aalborg in the attractive district "Vestbyen". The apartments are 1-3-room, some of which have a well-used loft solution.

They vary in size from 48 to 114 m².
Prices start from 5,100 DKK.

The apartments

The location at Strandvejen 14 is quite special. Back in the 30s, the property functioned as C.W. Obel's tobacco factory and then in the 60s, Aalborg University has had the premises for teaching purposes. Now the old factory building has been converted into 65 new rental apartments.

The 65 Swan-labelled apartments have a shared roof terrace where residents can enjoy the view of the water and the city.

The building has been renovated with respect for design and history and therefore each apartment is unique in its layout. The apartments are aimed at young students, singles or the young couple.

ObelHus is centrally located in Aalborg at Strandvejen 14. There are several green areas nearby as well as the city and water, just as there are various grocery stores in the area.

ObelHus is a non-smoking property. This means that smoking is not permitted in the homes or on the property's interior areas. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Pets are not allowed.
