Gødstrup Park

In Gødstrup near Herning, a completely new district is being established in connection with the new large 'super hospital' - Regionshospital Gødstrup. The first stage of the apartments and townhouses in Gødstrup Park is expected to be completed in the summer of 2023.

Here will be 2-4-room apartments at 55-90 square meters and 3-5-room townhouses at 75-115 square meters. In addition, 4-5-room detached houses at 150-200 square meters.

Urban development in Gødstrup

The urban development in Gødstrup is the first part of Herning Municipality's vision to develop a new town which, when fully developed, will accommodate approx. 1800 homes and approx. 4000 inhabitants. Gødstrup will be a supplement to the current residential areas in Herning Municipality with new forms of housing, a new urban structure, unique landscape features and a versatile infrastructure with a focus on the vulnerable road users.

The district will be an obvious place for hospital and shop employees, hospital visitors and regular migrants to live and shop, as the new district will be located just 200 meters south of Gødstrup Regionshospital and in the immediate vicinity of the new motorway between Herning and Holstebro.
