The apartment is on the first floor of a red brick building with a large shared garden at the back. There is a lawn, beds of hydrangeas and roses, and room for children to play.

Inside, you enter a hallway with sliding-door wardrobes and hooks for coats. From here you step into the open-plan kitchen and living area, which is the largest room in the apartment. The kitchen is white with a wooden countertop, built-in oven and microwave, and lighting under the wall cabinets. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa in the same space, and a French balcony door facing the garden lets in plenty of daylight. The view looks out into the trees.

The two bedrooms are set apart from the living area. The larger one has room for a double bed and a full wall of built-in sliding-door wardrobes in light oak. The second is smaller and currently used as an office and children's room, but works equally well as a guest room.

The bathroom is tiled, with a shower area, a heated towel rail and a window.
