Modern, bright, and tasteful townhouse in Lejre

Degnejorden – a modern village with communities at its heart. New construction is springing up in Lejre.

The landscape between the residential clusters in Degnejorden is designed as a natural area with varied vegetation in the form of different trees and shrubs on a base of meadow grasses and herbs. Footpaths and small recreational and activity areas will be established throughout the natural area.

There will be 82 rental homes divided into three different types of one- or two-story dwellings. In addition to the rental homes, 13 houses will be sold.

One community center and five communal buildings will be built in the area. There will be 143 parking spaces for free use, including disabled parking spaces. Two electric charging stations will also be installed, allowing four electric cars to be charged at a time.

There will be three stages of move-in, and the move-in date for each individual home will be stated in the relevant advertisement.

There is no deposit to be paid via the landlord, as water is supplied by FORS and the houses are heated by heat pumps, and tenants must register with an electricity supplier themselves.

All white goods are included. 

The homes can be reserved by attending an open house. We hold open houses approximately once a week until everything is rented out. If you would like to attend an open house, you can send a message via the advertisement and you will receive an invitation to the next open house.
The move-in fee must be paid immediately upon receipt of the lease.

It will not be possible to view any properties other than the show home before moving in, and under no circumstances is it permitted to enter the construction site without an invitation to an open house.
