Both types of apartments feature a large kitchen-living area in open connection with a living room, a spacious bathroom with a washing column, and access to a private balcony or terrace. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, so you don't have to deal with radiators that spoil the view of the area, allowing you to fully enjoy the view through the large windows that go all the way down to the floor.

Kitchen-living area with space for a large dining area The kitchen-living area is the heart of the apartment, where you truly get a sense of light and spaciousness. The kitchen is white with plenty of extra cabinet space, and in some apartments, there is an island to create a nice harmony and flow in the large space.

The modern bathroom is designed in sleek, light tones with white walls and light gray or sandy-colored tiles on the floor and in the shower. There is a wall-mounted toilet, a large mirror, good storage space, and a washing column with a washing machine and tumble dryer from Gram. Just like in the other rooms of the apartment, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom.

When requesting to rent the apartment, a credit assessment of the prospective tenant will be made using their CPR number. It is not allowed to be registered in RKI if you want to rent an apartment.
