Ullerødparken is located in the modern district of Ullerødbyen, close to nature and Hillerød town center. Built between 2008 and 2009, Ullerødparken comprises a total of 86 homes with 1-4 rooms ranging from 40 to 115 m².

All homes are designed with one, two, or three floors. Some apartments have access to either one or two private terraces, while the three-story apartments also have access to a roof terrace.

The property was originally built with wooden facades, wooden windows, and wooden doors, but has since been retrofitted with insulation and the facade has been renovated.
