The buildings
The development consists of 44 energy-friendly and modern semi-detached houses in sizes 85, 95, 105 and 115 m² - all on one level and with a simple, modern and timeless look.

All homes are built on independent plots of land on which a small garden is also established. Each house has a large storage room, a carport and an extra parking space, large tiled terraces on both sides of the house and a tiled walkway to the entrance of the home, where level access is provided. The plot is surrounded and enclosed by beech hedges.

The houses are located on a safe and quiet corner on the outskirts of Skårup, where traffic is minimal and children can play safely on the road and in the green common areas in the area.
